When you sign up
We record the email address you enter, your active marketing consent, the consent version used and the signup source. The form is handled through Netlify Forms.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to send you emails about the CAMPDRIVR launch, new setups, Field Notes and relevant CAMPDRIVR news. The processing is based on your consent.
You actively give consent by ticking the box when signing up. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.
Unsubscribe
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in our emails or by writing to hello@campdrivr.com. When consent is withdrawn, we stop using your email for marketing.
Processor and international transfers
The pre-launch site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and Netlify Forms is used to receive and store form submissions on behalf of CAMPDRIVR. In this context, Netlify acts as a data processor and makes a data processing agreement available as part of its terms.
Netlify states that personal data may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, and that it uses relevant transfer mechanisms such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where necessary. Retention
We keep your email on the active marketing list for as long as you remain subscribed, or until CAMPDRIVR closes that list. When you unsubscribe, your email is removed from active marketing. Documentation of consent given or withdrawn may be retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate that CAMPDRIVR has complied with applicable rules.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, data protection rules give you rights including:
- access to the personal data we process about you
- to have inaccurate information corrected
- to have information erased or processing restricted when the conditions are met
- data portability where the rules provide that right
- to withdraw your consent at any time

Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with how we process your personal data, you can contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Technical information
As a hosting provider, Netlify may process necessary technical information in connection with operation and security. CAMPDRIVR has not added a separate analytics or marketing tracking system to this pre-launch site.
